1. The equipment used to provide this service remains property of INOVA Data Solutions, INC.
2. All prices are subject to sales tax.
3. Basic installation cost is $99.00 USD.
4. If a tower or telescopic mast is required, a proposal will be sent for approval.
5. If a router is required, we can sell or rent it.
6. If service is cancelled by customer's request or for non on-time payment, equipment will be removed from the customer's premises.

**For $10 a month extra, add a static IP.
